The fastest way to reach us is a text. We answer personally during studio hours, and usually within the hour.
Texting is best for booking, rescheduling and quick questions.

Cancellations and rescheduling
Text us at least 24 hours before your appointment to move or cancel, free of charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for a 50% courtesy fee, because that time cannot be offered to another guest.
Late arrivals
Please arrive five minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your service so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Who can be waxed
Guests 18 and over, or 16 and over with a parent or guardian present. We do not wax over sunburn, open skin, active infections or within six months of isotretinoin (Accutane).
Payment
Cash, all major cards, Apple Pay and Zelle. Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation and never exceeds the maximum listed for each service.
Privacy
One guest at a time in a private suite. You are draped throughout, only the working area is uncovered, and every step is explained before it happens.
